Robert Walsh

Robert Walsh is a seasoned investment professional with a distinguished career spanning over 25 years. His career has always been in alternative assets which started in Credit and is currently in Venture Capital. He has played a pivotal role in over 100 venture capital transactions, fostering partnerships between promising businesses and family offices, venture capitalists, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs). He has been chairman and IC committee member to the top Decile performing Qventures PreSeed fund.

Robert brings a wealth of experience to the table, having honed his skills in various financial institutions. He has served as a Managing Director at Unicredit, where he led a specialised Structured Credit Team, overseeing credit and funding transactions across the UK and Europe. At Dresdner/Commerce Bank, he led the Cash CDO group, achieving impressive revenue growth in the leveraged loan and ABS market. Robert's career began at Credit Suisse, where he started as a data scientist in the ABS group and as he grew in the Structured Credit Business, he focused in Europe and the USA on leveraged loan and high-yield collateralized loan obligation activities.
